The Clay County build-out
Lake Asbury and Green Cove Springs are being built right now. I live in the middle of it.
The First Coast Expressway opened the west side of Clay County, and the builders followed. New communities are coming out of the ground along Henley Road, Sandridge Road and County Road 209 — Hyland Trail, Oakwood Estates and more behind them.
One thing to know before you tour: at most builders, whoever is listed on your very first visit is the agent who can represent you there. Walk in alone and you may give that up for the whole community. Tell me first — a text is enough — and my representation costs you nothing, because the builder pays it.

About Kimberly
Born in Starke. Licensed in 2019. Still answering the phone myself.
I grew up in Bradford County, ran a catering company, and spent years in healthcare before real estate. Both of those jobs were the same job, really: figure out what someone needs, then make it happen on a deadline, without drama.
I got my license in May 2019. Since then I’ve served on the NEFAR Leadership Academy, graduated the Women’s Council LEAP program, earned my C2EX endorsement, and been elected a 2026 NEFAR Director. The credentials matter because they mean I was trained, and tested, on the parts of this job that can cost you money.
