The short version
How I got here
I grew up in Bradford County, which means a good share of my clients are people I have known my whole life, or their kids. That is a particular kind of accountability. You do not cut a corner on someone you are going to see at the grocery store.
Before real estate I ran a catering company and then worked in healthcare. Different rooms, same work: find out what someone actually needs, then deliver it on a deadline, calmly, while other people are panicking. I closed more than $5.3 million in sales in my first full year in the business, and I have never stopped being surprised by that.
What I care about most is the first-time buyer who has been told they cannot do this. Very often they can, and no one has sat down and walked them through the numbers. That conversation is free, and I will have it with anyone.
“I’ve always known this is where I’m supposed to be.”

The credentials, and what each one actually means
Letters after a name are only worth something if you know what they required. Here is the plain-English version.
Association leadership
Elected and appointed service
The leadership work is not a résumé line. It is how I know what is coming — contract changes, commission rules, market data — before my clients read about it.
